Nach einem missgl\u00fcckten \u00dcberfall ist die Bande auf der Flucht, und der Wilde Westen um sie herum verschwindet. Die Geschichte erstreckt sich \u00fcber sechs Kapitel und einen Epilog.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr mich war die Story das Highlight. Sie l\u00e4sst sich Zeit, und das zahlt sich aus: Am Ende kennst du die Mitglieder der Bande gut, und Arthurs Weg trifft dich umso mehr. Ich verrate hier nichts. Zwischen den Missionen kannst du reiten, jagen, angeln, Poker spielen, Fremden helfen oder einen Zug \u00fcberfallen. Zuf\u00e4llige Begegnungen unterwegs halten die Welt lebendig, und das Ehrensystem merkt sich, ob du Arthur als anst\u00e4ndigen Kerl oder als Banditen spielst.<\/p>\n<p>Am besten gefallen hat mir, dass sich Missionen und T\u00e4tigkeiten kaum wiederholen. An einem Abend treibst du Rinder, am n\u00e4chsten steckst du in einer Schie\u00dferei in einem Sumpfst\u00e4dtchen. Diese Abwechslung hat mich 40 Stunden bei der Stange gehalten, ohne dass es sich wie eine Checkliste angef\u00fchlt hat.<\/p>\n<h2>Ein Wort zum Tempo<\/h2>\n<p>Red Dead Redemption 2 ist bewusst langsam. Arthur bewegt sich bed\u00e4chtig, das Pl\u00fcndern ist animiert, und der Ritt von A nach B dauert seine Zeit. Mich hat das nie gest\u00f6rt. Wer schnelle Action sucht, ist mit GTA V besser bedient.<\/p>\n<h2>So l\u00e4uft es 2026 auf Xbox Series X und PS5<\/h2>\n<p>Eine native Version f\u00fcr Xbox Series X|S oder PS5 gibt es weiterhin nicht. Beide Konsolen spielen die Version der Vorg\u00e4ngergeneration \u00fcber die Abw\u00e4rtskompatibilit\u00e4t, also mit 30 Bildern pro Sekunde. Auf der Xbox Series X l\u00e4uft es in 4K und sah f\u00fcr mich klasse aus; auf der PS5 ist es ebenfalls auf 30 fps begrenzt. Wer 60 fps oder mehr will, hat heute nur die PC-Version (seit November 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00fcchte \u00fcber ein Upgrade f\u00fcr die aktuelle Konsolengeneration gibt es schon lange. Angek\u00fcndigt hat Rockstar nichts, und laut aktuellen Berichten kommt es erst nach GTA VI, das f\u00fcr den 19. November 2026 angek\u00fcndigt ist. Auf Konsole brauchst du zum Online-Spielen au\u00dferdem Game Pass Essential oder h\u00f6her (Xbox) bzw. PlayStation Plus. Ich habe ihn selbst nicht gespielt, sondern nur anderen auf Twitch zugeschaut. Wer auf der Xbox nur die Story will, kommt mit dem g\u00fcnstigeren Story-Modus aus \u2013 solange das Angebot l\u00e4uft, ist die vollst\u00e4ndige Version allerdings g\u00fcnstiger. Auf dem PC (Steam) ist der Story-Modus in der Standardversion enthalten.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00fcr wen es sich lohnt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ja:<\/strong> Du magst storylastige Spiele und gro\u00dfe offene Welten, und ein ruhigeres Tempo st\u00f6rt dich nicht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ja:<\/strong> Dir hat die Welt von GTA V gefallen, du willst aber eine ernstere Geschichte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eher nicht:<\/strong> Du hast nur kurze Spielsessions und willst schnelle Action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<h3 data-jl-question=\"\">Wie lang ist Red Dead Redemption 2?<\/h3>\n<p data-jl-answer=\"\">Ich habe f\u00fcr die Story rund 40 Stunden gebraucht, mit einigen Nebenaktivit\u00e4ten.
